Hello and welcome to trafficfinesuae.com! I'm Shariff Badell, born in the beautiful city of Marseille, France, and raised in a family of humble entrepreneurs. My academic path led me to the University of Aix Marseille, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management.

My passion for learning didn't stop there; a scholarship took me across the world to the University of San Francisco, where I completed my Master's in Economics.

Since 2012, I've called Abu Dhabi my home. I've immersed myself in the culture and language, becoming fluent in not just my native French, but also English, Arabic, and Spanish. Over the past decade, I've dedicated myself to understanding the intricacies of driving and living in the UAE. This has made me an expert in offering insights about the UAE's road regulations and the Emirates ID system.
